POLICY
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 8 hours before the start of the class time and reschedule your credit. If cancelled within 8 hours of the start of class, you will be penalized.
Late Cancel fee: $14
No Show fee $20
Clients who have Credits or Limited contracts (4x or 8x) will be charged a fee, but keep their credit to reschedule.
5-MINUTE LOCKED DOOR POLICY
To maintain a safe and focused environment, the studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins.
If you arrive after the doors are locked, it will be treated as a no-show.
WAITLIST
If someone cancels more than 8 hours before class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added.
You’ll receive a text and/or email if you’re added (adjust notifications in your account).
If you no longer want to be added, remove yourself from the waitlist before the 8-hour window. Clients are responsible for all classes they schedule.
NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your intro and safety overview.
Late arrivals (less than 10 minutes before class) cannot join, and the credit will be forfeited.
The Try Out SWTY $15 first-class offer expires 30 days from purchase.
GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required for all SHRD classes. They are available for purchase at the studio.
LOCATIONS
Unlimited Members: May book at any SWTY location.
Credit / 4x / 8x Members: May only book at the location where the package was purchased.
BOOKING
All members may book classes up to 14 days in advance (rolling window).
FREEZING CONTRACTS
You may freeze your account for up to 90 days. Just text or email us with the freeze start and end dates.
CANCELLING CONTRACTS
All contracts: (Unlimited, 4x, and 8x) automatically renew month-to-month until you freeze or cancel.
To cancel, text or email us at least 7 days before your next auto-draft date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the draft date will result in one final payment before termination.
PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18
By creating an account or scheduling a class for a minor, parents/guardians acknowledge and permit their child to participate in all studio activities.
PREGNANCY POLICY
Clients who have been attending classes regularly may continue taking classes during pregnancy with a signed release from their doctor.
If you’re newly pregnant or have questions about modifying your workouts, please contact us. New clients who are pregnant should reach out to the studio before booking so we can discuss the safest options for you.
