POLICY
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation up to 8 hours before the scheduled class time to reschedule your credit without penalty. Cancellations made within the 8-hour window will incur the following fees:
Late Cancel Fee: $14
No Show Fee: $20
CLIENTS with CREDITS or Credits purchased on sale / promotion: the fee will be charged, but you will retain your credit.
CLIENTS with LIMITED CONTRACTS (4x & 8x): no fee will be charged, but the class credit will be forfeited.
5-MINUTE LOCKED DOOR POLICY
To maintain a safe and focused environment, the studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins.
If you arrive after the doors are locked, it will be treated as a no-show.
WAITLIST
If someone cancels more than 8 hours before class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added.
You’ll receive a text and/or email if you’re added (adjust notifications in your account).
If you no longer want to be added, remove yourself from the waitlist before the 8-hour window. Clients are responsible for all classes they schedule.
NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your intro and safety overview.
Late arrivals (less than 10 minutes before class) cannot join, and the credit will be forfeited.
The Try Out SWTY $15 first-class offer expires 30 days from purchase.
REFUND POLICY
SWTY does not issue refunds or reimbursements for any charges, including:
No-Show Fees
Late Cancellation Fees
Monthly membership dues
Credit package purchases
Any other studio charges or fees
All sales and charges are final.
CANCELLING CONTRACTS
ALL CONTRACTS: (Unlimited, 4x, and 8x)
automatically renews and bills on a month-to-month basis.
To cancel, email us at least 7 days before your next auto-draft date.
Cancellations requested within 7 days of the auto-draft date will result in one final contract payment before termination. If your account is frozen at the time of your cancellation request, we will first need to unfreeze your membership before processing your cancellation.
FREEZING CONTRACTS
You may freeze your account once per year for up to 90 days. Please email us with your requested freeze start and end dates.
GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required for all SHRD classes. They are available for purchase at the studio.
LOCATIONS
Unlimited Contract Members: May book at any SWTY location.
Credits or 4x and 8x Contract Members: May only book at the location where the package was purchased.
BOOKING
All members may book classes up to 14 days in advance (rolling window).
PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18
By creating an account or scheduling a class for a minor, parents/guardians acknowledge and permit their child to participate in all studio activities.
PREGNANCY POLICY
Existing Clients (3+ Months): Clients who have been attending classes regularly for at least 3 consecutive months may continue their workouts during pregnancy. To do so, we require a signed note from your doctor explicitly clearing you to participate in SRT classes and/or Climb classes on our VersaClimber. If you have questions about safely modifying your workouts, please reach out to us.
New Clients: If you are pregnant and new to the studio, please contact us before booking your first session so we can discuss the safest options for you.
