POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 8 hours before the start of the class time and reschedule your credit. If cancelled within 8 hours of the start of class, you will be penalized.
Clients with Credits or on a 4x / 8x a month contract – you will lose your credit.
Unlimited contract members will incur a late cancellation fee of $12 or an $18 fee for not showing up to class or cancelling at all.
If a member accepts a spot from the waitlist, all fees still apply for cancellation/no-show or loss of credit.
WAITLIST
HOW IT WORKS: If someone cancels before 8 hours of class time, the first person on the waitlist will be added to the class.
You will be notified via email/ text if you are added to the class via the waitlist feature (you can set your notification preferences in your account).
If you no longer wish to be added to the waitlisted class, you need to remove yourself before the 8-hour window.
NEWBIE
If it’s your FIRST CLASS, please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. If you do not arrive 10 minutes before, you will not be able to attend and will have to forfeit the credit.
GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required. If needed, we have some available for purchase at the studio!
LOCATIONS
Unlimited Contract members are allowed to schedule at any SWTY location!
All other clients with Credits and Limited Contracts (4x / 8x) are only allowed to schedule at the studio location where the package was purchased.
BOOKING
ALL members are allowed to book 7 days in advance – rolling booking window.
FREEZING CONTRACTS
You can freeze your account for up to 90 days. Just send us a text or email with the start and end date.
CANCELLING CONTRACTS
Send us a text or email at least three days before your auto-draft date.
