WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
No problem! We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 8 hours before the start of the class time and reschedule your credit. If canceled within 8-hours of the start of class, you will be penalized. Clients with class credits or on a 4x / 8x a month contract – you will lose your credit. Unlimited contract members will incur a late cancellation fee of $12 or an $18 fee for not showing up to class or cancelling at all.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
If it is your first class, however, please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. If you do not arrive 10 minutes before class, you will not be able to attend that class and will have to reschedule.
WHAT IF I’M PREGNANT?
Clients who have been regularly attending classes may continue working out with us as long as we have received signed approval from your doctor. Please contact us if you have any questions. For new clients, please contact us at the studio to discuss your options.
DO YOU HAVE WATER?
Yes, we have a water fountain where you can fill up your water bottle.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement, similar to what you would wear to a gym. We require grip socks, which are available for purchase at the studio. Avoid wearing jewelry as it may get caught on the equipment.
What is the minimum age requirement to participate in a SWTY class?
Participants must be 14 years or older. If you are under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian before your first class.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE SHRD CLASS?
SHRD is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue, at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you may need more or less time to recover. We recommend taking three times a week, with at least a day in between, to allow your body to properly recover and repair.
